Jennifer Gray brings SRA a rich educational and professional portfolio built in the states of Washington, Nevada, California and Texas. Her leadership, organizational and management skills are put to good use in managing the SRA call center.

Following graduation from Washington State University, where she earned degrees in both Business Administration and Hotel/Restaurant Administration, Jennifer accepted a management position with La Quinta Inn and Suites in San Antonio, TX. After only one year with the company, she was appointed general manager of a 155-room hotel in Fresno, CA. In 2000, she accepted a new position in Irvine, CA with Mazda North America. There, she helped launch a customer assistance e-business platform, managed regional and national promotions and coordinated the forecasting and tracking of more than 25 program budgets.

Her hobbies include scrapbooking, gardening, and playing with her daughters at the park and she is a devoted fan of the WSU Cougars.
