SRA has worked with many types of facilities to host our off-site legal focus groups. The variation in facilities includes hotels, conference halls, and B & B’s.
We manage all aspects of coordinating facility resources, leaving you more free time and fewer hassles. After securing the desired number of meeting rooms, we utilize up-to-date presentation equipment such as a TV, DVD, a podium, an easel with paper pad, and a monitor.
Our on-site manager is present throughout the day to synchronize the setup, the greeting and sign-in, and the food and refreshment service for participants and clients.
SRA also distributes incentives, coordinates tear down, and handles any other aspects necessary to ensure a highly successful legal focus group experience.
Costs will vary greatly by location and is dependent upon the number of rooms and the equipment needed.
